The remover of obstacles, the patron of arts and sciences and the deva of intellect and wisdom, Ganesha is the God of beginnings and is thus, worshipped at the start of rituals and ceremonies. To celebrate the birthday of Lord Ganesha, Presidians from Raj Nagar recently rejoiced the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi. A figure of Lord Ganesha was installed in every class and the students together participated in decorating their classes for the occasion. As a part of club activity, the students also enjoyed short stories based on Lord Ganesha’s adventures. This way, the Presidians not only paid their homage to the ritual but also enjoyed the day and had a great time working together for the occasion.
