‘Children learn as they play, in play they learn how to learn.’ Children are intrigued by nature. To continue with the fun learning experience, a ‘Sentence making activity’ was organized for the students of grade 2 enabling them to form new sentences and improve their innovative skills on the language. This classroom activity allowed students to make choices relevant to their imagination and real life experiences. Students were involved physically, they became more motivated and interested. This activity was focused on enhancing the spelling skills as well as vocabulary. They were able to self-evaluate their skills. It provided an opportunity to the young Presidians to have a positive take on their teachers as well as peers. It was a fruitful experience for the Presidians.
