Presidium organized various activities to celebrate Kissan Diwas to acquaint the students with understanding the significance of Farmer’s Day. The students did various activities depicting various steps involved in the irrigation process, from the preparation of soil for farming to the final harvest of the crop. They also showed the significance of farming and farmers. Teachers spoke to students about the importance of farmers in our country and their contribution to our day-to-day lives.

National Mathematics day was organized in the Presidium to commemorate the birthday of Shri Srinivasa Ramanujan, the great mathematical genius who made exemplary contributions to Mathematics. Mathematics day was celebrated with the objective of creating awareness about the importance of mathematics in day-to-day life situations and also to create students' interest in studying Mathematics. As part of the celebrations, quiz program, drawing competition on geometrical designs, and talk on Mathematics were conducted by the teachers. The program was enjoyed by the students. They drew geometrical designs to depict their creativity and understanding of the geometrical concepts. The students participated with great zeal and enthusiasm and enjoyed the program.

To commemorate the victory of the Indian Army on 16 December 1971 and to stoke nationalism, Presidium celebrated Vijay Diwas. The day started with our students enacting Vijay Diwas where they depicted the sacrifices made by the soldiers to safeguard our country and come out victoriously. A plethora of activities like Poem Writing, Card Making, Role Play, etc. were shown by the Presidians. The time essence of Vijay Diwas was significantly seen in all the activities. Teachers spoke on the sacrifices made by our forces and determined to Remember, Rejoice and Renew their faith in the Indian Army.

Frosty the Snowman is one of the most beloved symbols of Christmas, it resembles the joy and love that is included in building the Snowman with friends and Family. Students of Presidium participated in the Snowman Making Activity. The objective of the activity was to learn Math skills like counting, shapes, and sizes. It also provided students with opportunities to engage in activities that allowed them to explore ideas and concepts. Our little Presidians took 3 strips of white paper, 1 strip of black paper, 1 half circle of black paper, 1 small triangle and pasted them according to the directions given by the teacher. The students were quite enthusiastic about the whole activity.

Every year, December 14 is celebrated as Energy Conservation Day to raise awareness of the importance of energy conservation for the present and future generations. The conservation of energy is an important step that needs to be taken to ensure that the coming generations live a brighter tomorrow. Keeping this into consideration Presidium emphasized the judicious use of energy to minimize wastage and to save sources for the future through poster-making activity, where they advocated the importance of non-renewable resources.

The United Nations Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) works in over 190 countries and territories to save children's lives, defend their rights, and help them fulfill their potential, from early childhood through adolescence. Students of Presidium celebrated UNICEF DAY together to fight against the COVID -19 crises. Students not only joined together in fundraising for the vulnerable children, but they also took the initiative of donating necessities like masks, sanitizer, hand wash, etc. Students wrote slogans/ poems / made posters on the Rights of every child seeking Safe Shelter/ Proper Nutrition/ Child Protection from Disasters and Conflicts/ Equality/Education/ Social Inclusion. These activities not only created awareness about the role of UNICEF in societies worldwide but at the same time, students also realized how children's rights are violated in different parts of the world and how they can be protected and addressed.

The students of Presidium celebrated Human Rights Day to sensitize people around, of the various rights that are needed for leading a dignified life and also of the 30 Human Rights articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. They came up with interesting suggestions for celebrating Human Rights Day. Videos were created by the students to explain all the 30 Human Rights. These activities not only helped students gain a substantial amount of information, but also helped them develop other essential skills like collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and communication. The entire exercise gave them a feeling of achievement and also gave them simple and effective tools to tackle global issues.

Presidians conducted special activities on Indian Flag Day. They shared the importance and motive of this day. It has become a tradition to commemorate this day as an honour to the soldiers, airmen, and sailors of India. On this day funds are collected for the welfare and the rehabilitation of widows and ex-servicemen. The students paid tribute to the courageous and martyred soldiers. They also highlighted that the Indian army is the cause for peace in the nation and their contribution is very valuable. They resolved that they would be contributing generously to the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund. Teachers appreciated the efforts of the students for remembering great heroes who sacrificed their lives for their nation and it also strengthened the cultural bond among them.
